Gokuu and Chichi arrive at Kame House, but Kamesennin no longer has the Bashousen. However, he agrees to come and put out the fire himself! When the three of them return to the castle, Kamesennin uses his signature technique, the Kamehameha, to put out the flames, but accidentally destroys the whole castle in the process. Luckily, the Dragon Ball remains unscathed, so Gokuu, Blooma, and Oolong depart once again, with Yamcha and Puer in close pursuit.

I did this episode long before the 23rd Budoukai was ever dubbed, but as of this writing, I've already seen the repercussions. Anyway, that was a prime example of why it's best to translate dialogue as literally as possible. Also, "Kamehameha Wave" is redundant.

Kamesennin wondering about Chichi's chichi (breasts) is written out. Probably both for censorship, and because it's an untranslatable pun.

(8 seconds) Just before the shot of Blooma getting pissed off at Oolong, a clip of "Blooma" teasing Kamesennin about pafupafu is cut.

After the shot of Blooma getting pissed off at Oolong, a 7 second clip of "Blooma" dropping her top and Kamesennin getting the usual nosebleed is cut. But it's replaced with 7 seconds of other footage (a shot of Kamesennin that was snipped before, "Blooma" teasing Kamesennin again, and another shot of Kamesennin that was snipped before).
