This episode is so silly. There wasn't much to change, except for the little panties segment. On an unrelated note, this episode is a good one to cite for speed arguments (and it's canon!).

(10 seconds) After Gokuu starts bouncing on his tail, a clip of him pulling his pants up and Announcer yelling at him and Kuririn to not fool around, is cut.

(1 second) Once Jackie and Kuririn start to resume their fight, Kuririn tossing out a pair of panties just before Jackie gets the surprised look on his face, is cut.

(4 seconds) After Jackie gets the surprised look on his face, him diving for the panties is cut. In the dub, Kuririn had distracted Jackie by throwing in a line about his shoes being untied.
