While everyone assumed Jackie had killed Gokuu, in actuality, Jackie destroyed the moon, and Gokuu is perfectly fine, and no longer a monster. From there, the match comes to a dramatic conclusion, with Jackie Chun just barely getting the victory.

There was a fair amount of work done to this episode, but the worst has to be the removal of Mezase Tenkaichi. It was pretty important to the battle, and a really cool song to boot. Perhaps they think Japanese vocals would scare small children, but I never heard any trauma tales about Tenkaichi Gohan or Piccolo-san Daisuki. Or hell, why not at least dub it?

(5 seconds) After Gokuu starts to get up, a clip of him getting up and wondering why he's naked is cut.

After the girls in the audience start giggling, 19 seconds are cut. Gokuu converses with them a bit, then Announcer calls for a recess, and Kuririn climbs in the ring offering to lend his clothes. Then 3 seconds of the girls really embarrassed (which was cut) are thrown in after the cut.
