Gokuu manages to find a Dragon Ball in Silver's area, which results in a confrontation between them. Gokuu wins, but not until after Silver destroys Kintoun with a rocket launcher. Luckily, Gokuu finds a robot to pilot an airplane towards the next Dragon Ball.

Hey, this was my first smoking episode. This was also the debut of Boss Red. He's given some kind of Scottish-Irish accent; it's hard to tell which. This must be based on the stereotype that Scottish and Irish people have red hair. As someone of mostly Scottish and Irish descent, I can assure you that is far from true. It's not so much offensive to me as it is stupid, though. Same thing goes for White's Russian accent. Either it's some play on "White Russian", or they're comparing the northern area to Siberia. White's voice could've been great, but the accent hinders it.

Boss Red is called Commander Red. The problem with this is one most people don't realize. "Commander" is NOT a rank in either the US or British Army. It IS, however, a rank in the US and British Navies, and it is equivalent to the army rank of "lieutenant colonel," ...which is below "colonel," meaning Silver and all the generals would outrank him, never mind the problem of merging terms from different military branches.
Assistant Black retains his name, although it is very rarely mentioned in either version.
General White retains his name.

After the scene with Gokuu flying over the river on Kintoun, the scrolling along with the blue truck is slowed down, and some smoke from the cowboy hat guy's cigarette is painted out. Afterwards, a clip of the two guys talking on the little rock thing, until Silver starts firing at them, is cut. In total, about 3 seconds are lost.
