Gokuu's plane crashes, but he is rescued from the cold by a little girl named Sno. Sno's village, Jingle Village, is being terrorized by the Red Ribbon Army, because there is a Dragon Ball in the area. Gokuu decides to go raid the Red Ribbon's nearby base, Muscle Tower, and rescue the village's elder.

I don't see the point in removing the panties. Nor the point in removing Gokuu TALKING. Unless they're trying to spare us Gokuu's dub voice...but that would be awfully mean of me to say! (I'm not a huge fan of it, admittedly, but I have gotten quite used to it.)

Sno is called by her romaji transliteration, "Suno". There really is no reason at all to do it like this. Even if they can't pronounce it differently from the word "snow", I'm sure it's easy to tell the difference between a little red-headed girl and a form of precipitation.
