Blue's plane is busted, as is Gokuu's Dragon Radar. Gokuu meets up with NORIMAKI Arale, who brings him to NORIMAKI Senbee to get the radar fixed. Meanwhile, Blue also heads towards Senbee's house to steal his plane.
