Taobaibai returns, and threatens little Upa about the Dragon Ball. Luckily, Gokuu returns just in time to save Upa. The rematch between Gokuu and Taobaibai begins, but halts when Taobaibai decides to scale the tower himself.

(66 seconds) This takes place before the scene cuts from Red Ribbon Headquarters to Karin Tou. Red holds up two fingers like the peace sign, and so Black thinks he wants to play Rock-Paper-Scissors, and holds up a rock. Red just looks at him, so Black changes it to paper. Then Red yells at him that he wants a cigar, so Black gets it and lights it for him and everything. Red insults Black and then they talk some more about the Dragon Balls and stuff.

(36 seconds) This happens just after Taobaibai kicks Upa up into the air. Taobaibai grabs Upa by the neck and threatens to kill him if he doesn't tell where the Dragon Balls are. Then eventually he throws Upa at the tower.

After Kuririn asks how the thing'll find Gokuu, the footage of Blooma talking is extended another 4 seconds. Then after the shot of Kamesennin's face, 4 seconds are cut (more of his face, and Blooma's cleavage). These are not exact timings, because things don't synch up.
