Gokuu continues raiding Red Ribbon Headquarters, taking out many, many soldiers. Meanwhile, Assistant Black learns that Boss Red's reasoning behind gathering Dragon Balls is to wish himself taller. Black disagrees with this selfish wish, and kills Red, then plots to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. Gokuu finally reaches the command room, where he begins a battle with the new, mecha-suited leader, Black.

(1 second) After the first bald guy threatens Gokuu, a shot of him pulling out a gun is cut.

(1 second) Just before Gokuu jumps up and hits the guy aiming low in the face, a shot of his gun aimed at Gokuu is cut.

(1 second) Just before Gokuu appears in someone's sights, a shot of the guy aiming low falling down, and his gun firing off and hitting the other guy on the ground, is cut.

(4 seconds) After Gokuu smashes the guys into the wall with the table, a clip of other guys pointing guns at Gokuu is cut.

(1 second) After the shot of Black's face while he listens to Red yelling at him, a shot of the bullet in Red's forehead is cut.

The gray shot of Black's face is frozen and has smoke from the gun painted out.

The first shot of Red on the ground has the bullet painted out of his forehead, as well as the smoking gun in Black's right hand.

(12 seconds) After the Dragon Balls land at Black's feet, a clip of Black making a speech with the gun in his hand is cut.

In the second shot of Red on the ground when things start shaking, the bullet is painted out of his forehead.

(1 second) After Gokuu jumps through the air, a shot of Black standing over Red's body is cut.

(5 seconds) After Black notices Gokuu is still alive, a clip of Gokuu talking more, and Black acting innocent and putting his gun away, is cut.

(15 seconds) This takes place before Black uses the capsule. Black fires at Gokuu a few times, so Gokuu dodges it, then kicks him in the stomach, and Black stands around bent over.

(3 seconds) Right after Black uses the capsule, a clip of him throwing the capsule and getting up is cut.
