Kinkaku and Ginkaku are changed to Terror and Plague in the dub. The end of the episode would probably have been difficult for Gokuu's dub actress if their names had been left alone. I don't know which is which in the dub, however. In the original, I can tell because they have the "gin" and "kin" kanji on their clothes.

(30 seconds) This happens after Kinkaku says no excuses. Kinkaku asks for all their food, but the villagers plead that they'll starve. Then Ginkaku puts a gun to the old man, and asks Kinkaku if he can kill him, but Kinkaku says they should take roll instead.
