Having defied his teacher, Tenshinhan now wants to finish the match free of interruption. He uses his Shiyouken to give himself four arms, but Gokuu counters this with eight arms using King Chapa's Hasshuken. In the end, Tenshinhan resorts to using Kikouhou -- a powerful technique that could kill the user.
