Piccolo delivers the final blow to Gokuu, and thinking him dead, he leaves with the Dragon Ball. However, Yajirobee discovers Gokuu has miraculously survived, and grants Gokuu's request to be taken to Karin Tou. Meanwhile, Kamesennin, Tenshinhan, and Jiaozi now have five Dragon Balls, and the radar tells them Piccolo has the other two. They wait out Piccolo in a field, where Kamesennin immobilizes Tenshinhan, so he can face Piccolo alone, and Tenshinhan can live.

(10 seconds) In the recap, after Piccolo throws off his cape thing, a clip of Piccolo kicking Gokuu in the face, followed by Gokuu getting punched in the face, is cut.

The idea that Gokuu had died, and his heart stopped, is written out. Obviously, he didn't actually die, but the point was that Piccolo figured he was dead (and will thus be quite shocked to see him alive later), and Yajirobee was impressed that Gokuu could come back after his heart temporarily stopped like that.
