Gokuu and Yajirobee search for the Super God Water in the ice labyrinth, where the "darkness" takes the form of Kamesennin. But Gokuu is unwavered, and perseveres until he obtains the water and drinks it. Meanwhile, The King reluctantly renounces his throne, and declares Piccolo the new ruler of the world. Piccolo's first task is to abolish the police, and encourage crime and chaos.

(20 seconds) This happens when Gokuu is hanging over the ledge, and Kamesennin is about to kick him. Gokuu gets kicked in the face, hard, with spit flying out of Gokuu's mouth (naturally). Then Kamesennin kicks Gokuu in the face a few more times.
