Having powered up from the Super God Water, Gokuu makes his way back to Karin Tou with Yajirobee. As the world falls into a state of anarchy, Tenshinhan has mastered Mafuuba, and sets off towards King Castle to use it against Piccolo. Once Gokuu returns, Karin-sama grants him a new Kintoun, and Gokuu sets off as well.

In the recap, 4 seconds of Piccolo holding The King up by the neck is replaced with 4 seconds of Puer looking at the TV, and The King hitting the ground.

In the recap, the footage of the family of three is zoomed in, with the ashtray painted out. It seems very slightly sped up, but I could be wrong.
|
| Cut |
|
(9 seconds) In the recap, after the footage of the family of three, a clip of the tiger person holding up a knife to rob someone in an alley, with Piccolo giving his speech further, is cut. I think the reason the cut went so long beyond the "bad" stuff was to get the music to line up.

In the shot of the crowd looking up as Piccolo is on the big screen, there is a pudgy, balding man in a blue shirt standing behind a guy with big lips and red hair. The blue shirt man originally was holding up a smoking pipe, but it's been painted out to look like his hand is just in his pocket.

(10 seconds) This takes place after the lady steals the fur scarf thing (I don't know what those are called (shawl?)). First, two men are sitting in a diner eating, and a truck comes smashing into the diner. Then, there's a poster of a girl in a bikini, and a man jumps through it. Finally, there's a crowd outside of a prison protesting, and a few flaming bottles are tossed up into the guard tower.

| Cut |
|
(4 seconds) After the shot of the bus of people firing out into the air, a clip of someone throwing a flaming bottle in front of the police station, and a man starting to shoot at the police, is cut.

All shots of the Rambo-looking guy with the bandanna and AK47 have his cigar painted out.

| Cut |
|
(4 seconds) After the cops get on the megaphone and tell everyone to calm down, a clip of a gun-wielding bear guy running up to the cops and telling them to shut up is cut.

| Cut |
|
(30 seconds) This takes place just before the shot of transparent Piccolo laughing in the city. Some citizens stand in the street cheering and holding their guns in the air, while the police are scared. Then it goes to a jail scene, where the man in charge refuses to let the inmates out. And then some of the rioting citizens blow a hole into the jail, knocking back some of the guards. The citizens start to gang up on the cops, and that's when it cuts to Piccolo.

Originally, the warthog in the bike gang asks how to write "ma" ("demon"). Since he doesn't know the kanji for it, he just writes it in hiragana. This would be difficult to translate, but where did they get "annihilation"?

(7 seconds) When the bike gang starts searching around Sno and Hatchan's area, a clip of the girl leaning on a piece of rubble, and falling over, is cut (you can see her panties when she falls). For some reason, the little kid with the lightning bolt jacket is cut along with her.
|
| Cut |
|
(1 second) After Hatchan smacks the knife out of the bike gang leader's hand and he falls to the ground in shock, a clip of the knife landing in the ground between the leader's legs is cut.

I'd just like to note that this episode has the [chronologically] first mention of Power Levels in the dub. Power Level is supposed to be the dub term for Sentouryoku ("battle power"). Only Freeza's men and the Saiya-jin use this term to describe the numbers they get on their Scouters (although Vegeta still uses the term well after Scouters and numbers fall out of the story). However, the DBZ dub also sometimes used "power level" in place of "ki" (other times they said "energy" for "ki"), even after the Freeza saga ended. So, in this episode, Gokuu said he could feel a tremendous evil ki ("monosugee youki o kanjiru"), and they called it "power level". I just don't think Power Levels should ever be associated with Dragon Ball. That stuff starts with Raditz.
