As Gokuu trains in the heavens, Kuririn, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, and Jiaozi all head to train under Karin-sama. On their way, they come to a village that will soon have its beloved mountain erupt on them.

In the dub, Gokuu giggles and grunts a lot while he's playing tag. Originally, he was smart enough to not make so much noise, so as not to be caught...

(4 seconds) When the two men are fighting in the village, close-up shots of them hitting each other in the face are cut.

(14 seconds) This takes place after Kuririn swallows his "root beer" ("juice" originally). Tenshinhan talks to two people, one of which is pretty drunk. And then Kuririn, seeming a little tipsy, talks to Mint for a while.

(10 seconds) Just after Kuririn interjects and volunteers to fight the dude, a clip of Kuririn on camera talking, looking tipsy, followed by Jiaozi saying "yotte ru!" ("you're drunk!"), is cut.
