Three years have passed, and the day of the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai has come. Blooma and the others await the fighters' arrival, and don't recognize Gokuu at first, because he's finally become an adult. Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Kuririn, and Jiaozi arrive soon afterwards, having aged a bit as well. Piccolo's offspring of course appears, having already reached an adult size.

(4 seconds) After Blooma first steps out of the taxi, a clip of Kamesennin going gaga (for lack of a better term...) over her is cut. As she gets out of the taxi, that romantic/sexy music plays, but it's taken out of the dub.
