The preliminaries begin, with Jiaozi altering the block drawings to keep everyone separate. Gokuu keeps Piccolo's identity a secret from everyone but Tenshinhan. But Piccolo is not the only one to worry about: there is a mysterious girl who knows Gokuu, and is angry at him; Gokuu faces and defeats King Chapa again; and worst of all, Taobaibai is alive as a cyborg, and has come to kill Gokuu and Tsurusennin's former students, starting by knocking Jiaozi unconscious.

(10 seconds) The beginning of the Taobaibai flashback is cut. It just consisted of Gokuu pummeling Taobaibai in the face, and then kicking him hard and knocking him down. I'm pretty sure that footage came from 064, and it wasn't edited out there...
