Shen continues fighting Yamcha, admitting that he is not normal after all, and only borrowing this body. Yamcha still has a new technique, Soukidan, but Shen is barely affected, and knocks Yamcha out of the ring. Gokuu begins to realize that Shen is actually Kami-sama in disguise, but the semifinals begin, where Gokuu has a rematch with Tenshinhan.

Well well well, this is just as bad as the Chichi thing, if not worse. While they could have easily said that Shen was just borrowing a human body, as was said originally, they had to go and say he was an alien. While the alien thing is true, it's supposed to be a secret for a while longer. A secret that Kami-sama himself isn't even supposed to know. I suppose saying aliens could be to cover up the "controversial" god and demon king titles. But that was never a problem before. They've always said just "King Piccolo" and "Earth's Guardian".

Most of the shots of Yamcha after he falls out of the ring have a trickle of blood painted from his face.

|
(8 seconds) After the shot of Lunch in the crowd getting angry during the test of strength, a clip of her firing her gun into the air and yelling at Tenshinhan to beat up Gokuu is cut.
